1PH7 / 1PH8 MOTOR

1PH8 motors are specifically designed for use as main drives in production machines and machine tools. These motors are available in synchronous and asynchronous versions. Since a flexible modular rig system is used, a 1PH8 motor suitable for almost all drive tasks can be found.

SIMOTICS M-1PH8 - Asynchronous version

For applications where the primary focus is precision, smooth running properties and precise control of the axes, in addition to higher drive power. You can also run them together with SINAMICS G120 converters, which expand the applications they can handle as a result of the wider speed range compared to standard main motors.

SIMOTICS M-1PH8 - Synchronous version

When the focus is on high rated torques, our compact SIMOTICS M-1PH8 synchronous motors feature unrivaled flexible operation. With a wide variety of options, they can be flexibly adapted to any application and are also found in forced ventilation and water cooling. This is a typical requirement for machine tools and printing presses - but also for servo presses and rod mills.

SIMOTICS S-1FG1 servo gear motors are compact gear motors. Compared to standard gear motors with asynchronous machines, they have smaller dimensions, less weight and a higher dynamic response. The type range includes helical, parallel shaft, bevel and helical worm gear motors in normal frame sizes and speed / torque classes. SIMOTICS S-1FG1 servo gear motors use the same actuation heads as SIMOGEAR gear motors. Flexible servo drive system for demanding applications. Siemens has expanded its drive portfolio for servo applications to include the SIMOTICS S-1FG1 servo gear motor, optimally matched with the SINAMICS S120 inverter system.
